Jewelry Care
To keep your Triple Creek Studio piece looking its best, avoid water, perfume, hairspray, lotions and household chemicals. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, sleeping or exercising.
Handle statement pieces gently and avoid pulling, bending or dropping them. When not being worn, store your jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe components after wear. Because our designs may combine different beads, stones, metals and decorative components, avoid jewelry cleaners or harsh cleaning products unless you know they are safe for every material in the piece.
Processing & Shipping
Most Triple Creek Studio pieces are handmade and ready to ship. Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase.
Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. Any extended turnaround time will be communicated before or at the time of purchase.
